Assault With A "Dead"ly Weapon? CCW?
Did you read this? This woman actually attacked her dead dog's breeder with what else? The carcas of the dead dog! Seriously. I just want to know if this is assault with a "dead"ly weapon and whether or not the carcas was concealed (If it WAS concealed, the dems have another great argument!).
