Good Bye, Dr. Z

We probably all remember those annoying Chrysler ads depicting Dieter Zetsche as "Dr. Z." Well, I try not too, being one of the stupidest ad campaigns I had seen out of an auto manufacturer in awhile. But, we don't have to worry about that anymore. MSN confirms that today, Cerberus Capital Management purchased 80.1% of Chrysler for a mere $7.41 billion. Daimler will retain 19.9% of it's share in the company, greatly reducing the chance of Dr. Z ads(so there is still a chance).

Should be interesting to see what happens in the next 18 months.
